SUPPORT SERVICES
- 1. Desktop Support
Remote and onsite technical support is available Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 6 PM. After-hour support is provided outside of our normal business hours and billed on an hourly basis.
- 2. Server Support
Server support is available 24/7, 365 days a year, and is included in all server management agreements.
- 3. Network Support
Support for network-related issues, both physical and virtual, is available Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 6 PM.
